Packaging box, also known as packaging box house, is a modular building product based on a steel frame and lightweight wall panel structural system. This product consists of a top frame, a bottom frame, corner columns, and interchangeable wall panels, which can be packaged for easy land or sea transportation. The packaging box adopts a modular design concept and production technology, which modularizes a box room into standard components, which can be assembled or lifted onto site at the place of use. This product is based on the box as the basic unit, and the box structure adopts special cold-formed galvanized steel components. The insulation material for the enclosure is all made of flame-retardant materials. It can be moved in after on-site assembly or overall lifting.
The packaging box can be used as an office, accommodation, restaurant, bathroom, and combined large space to meet the needs of construction site barracks, field operation barracks, municipal resettlement rooms, and various commercial buildings. It has the characteristics of prefabrication, flexibility, energy conservation and environmental protection, and is called a new type of green building. Currently widely used in China, Europe, Japan, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and other regions.
Packaging box features:
1. Quick installation.
On average, four workers can complete a single box installation in three hours, without construction waste, and can also move the entire box after assembly, making it convenient and fast.
2. Flexible combination.
Can be used in a single box, can be combined into an open large space, and can be stacked up to 3 layers.
3. Transportation advantages.
A 17.5m flatbed truck and a 13 meter truck used for domestic transportation can load approximately 20 sets of packaging boxes with a complete set of materials. Every 4 sets are equivalent to a standard 20 foot container size, saving 3/4 of the shipping cost; A 40 foot high container can accommodate 6 sets.
4. Complete supporting facilities.
It can be paired with different shapes of roofs, corridors, canopies, and stairs, and can be decorated externally and internally according to needs.
5. Safe and durable.
No loss during disassembly and assembly, multiple turnover times, and a service life of over 15-20 years. It has a seismic resistance of 8 degrees and a wind resistance of 11 degrees.
